Benifiber: Fiber intake is beneficial if you are having constipation. Goal of 25-30 grams of fiber per day. You can consume about 10-15 grams of fiber through your diet and the other 10-15 grams via fiber supplement. Remember to titrate to goal. If start out too high can cause abdominal discomfort. Continue present regimen and you can use fiber on a daily basis.
