Primolut N: Primolut is a progestin-type hormone that acts to prevent ovulation and hence the onset of menses in your case to diminish heavy bleeding. Sometimes, as a side effect menses are daubed for weeks or stop. You should contact your prescribing gynecologist to determine your next course of action. Which can be "watchful waiting" to see if your period returns and the bleeding amount disminishes.
