Don't stop: Bleeding on micronor (norethindrone) is breakthrough bleeding. Stopping micronor (norethindrone) are likely to make the breakthrough bleeding worse. If the breakthrough bleeding becomes intolerable, an alternative birth control method may need to be considered.
