Unlikly: Inflamation of joints of the hands and feet sounds like arthiritis. These are not the typical symptoms from cancer. You need to ask your joint specialist(rheumatologist) to help you.

Did you consider...: Did your doctor test you for gluten sensitivity or food allergies? You could try a gluten-free diet for a month and see if everything goes away. Another possibly fruitful path may be to see a rheumatologist... These symptoms are often more associated with food allergies or an autoimmune process gone haywire rather than "cancer" per se...

Pain in limbs : The pain in hands/feet are not related to the abdominal complaints. X-rays would determine if you have arthritis. Physical therapy to diminish pain and restore proper function would be advised after a thorough musculoskeletal /neurological exam. Good luck.
