See a doctor: If not pregnant would see a doctor to look for other reasons for your symptoms. May need to also see a gastroenterologist if your pcp cannot find a cause.

Which test ?: Need a lot more info? What have the medical personel found so far? Pain any better? Eating ok? Bms ok? Any signs of infection? How bad is the swellling? Are you retaining fluid in your feet, hands and abdomen? How has it changed in the last 5 wks?
