Yes: Even with " soft signs" their still there they need to be explained. Your pcp is a good place to start.

Depends: Most likely, not to worry at all. Lif the nuchal fold was thickened, it's a bit more concerning. What were the soft markers seen?

I'm sure it's hard : Not to worry till your OB can gather enough additional information to confirm or rule out a problem. However, it also assures you that you & your baby are receiving excellent medical care & that all needed tests &/or referrals will be offered to you in a timely fashion. Try to stay positive & healthy. You may not have. Been able to process everything your OB said at first, so ask him/her again.
