if the 1st trimester screening for down syndrome was negative, how much does an echogenic focus at 20 week screening factor in?

Amniocentesis is key: If you had amniocentesis which did not reveal abnormalities consistent with .Down syndrome, then the only concern would be structural abnormalities, such as heart abnormalities. If you have not had amniocentesis, you should have it.
