Get second opinion: It is hard to account for an elevated ANA and ESR with flat feet. You don't say how positive the ANA is or how elevated the ESR is. If it is a low positive ANA and mildly elevated esr, the tests may have no importance. Orthotics should help flat feet.

Not one or the other: A rheum. Problem just by itself can cause foot pain or flatfeet can by itself can cause foot pain or they can both contribute to foot pain. You are looking for a single cause, but it may very well be both. Address the flat feet with proper shoes and added orthotic support and listen to your rheum about your daughter's overall medical condition.
