Get another opinion: I am not sure the ANA has any clinical significance for the symptoms you describe but another opinion is always a reasonable option.

No clear diagnosis: Yet. Pain in knee (not swelling), positive ana, and high ESR are not specific enough to make a diagnosis. Prospective study on children like yours is very encouraging. A great majority did not develop rheumatologic condition.
