Maybe: The elevated ESR is suspicious for something more.Flatfeet can cause severe leg and foot pain.More info is needed.

Too little info: Where is the pain? A positive ANA and elevated ESR is a young girl should not be dismissed. Why were these tests done in the first place? Certainly not to evaluate flat feet.
