Central obesity: Central obesity is bad so it's great you are motivated to get rid of it. I would suggest a calorie restricted diet so that you burn more fat. Exercising, especially cardiovascular exercise like running plus abdominal work also a must. Good luck be patient since its a slow process!

Check with your doc: There must be a reason for your "pot belly". Check with your doc why you have it. Maybe changing your diet to vegetable, fruit and salads only will fix it. Works for all the models.
