Dear Hanging,: Getting rid of "hanging belly" is not easy. If it was caused by loss of weight---congratulations! you have excess skin that didn't tighten up after the weight loss--but exercises and perhaps surgery might be needed. If the "belly" is not from weight loss---it's time to cut back on food and start by walking. The belly will decrease with weight loss and abdominal exercise. Luck to you.
