D/w oncology team: If he doesn't respond to sunitinib then if he wishes for more therapy he should move on to the next line therapy. Axitinib- is something he should consider- as it is more tolerable than sunitinib.Other option also include- temsirolimus iv, affinitor, bev/ifn or palliative care. He also need a good pain control obviously. If elligible, a trial using stereotactic radiation and il-2 is available.
