Pain on the right beside the belly button + pain under the right chest ribcage + pain under the right shoulder + pain on the right lower back. pain mostly numb but comes intensely sharp from time to time. is it liver, kidney or gallbladder problem?

Sorry but your symptoms may be caused by any visceral organ in the abdomen, not only hepatobiliary or urinary tract. A physical examination may or may not single out a condition. If this pain is acute, i.e. within the last 24 hours and persistent, you need to be evaluated ASAP. If you have had these sx for a while then make an appt with a doctor because you may need tests (blood, urine, radiology)
