My husband has very swollen feet with burning, peeling skin he has a history of eczema and they hurt to move. it doesn't itch. is this a foot fungus?

Not necessarily: If his feet are very swollen this can cause cracks in the skin and cause the skin to blister or peel. This could be due to eczema or just from the swelling. They can be painful due to the skin being broken to move them. Best to have them checked out, he may need a steroid cream, compression, or it could be a fungal infection, but the only way to know would be to have them looked at.
