Can an old lingering case of condyloma cause palpable or swollen inguinal nodes? also could bad toe nail fungus cause this?

Nail fungus: Would not cause it, depending on the etiology of the condylomata it is possible. For example condylomata could be secondary to syphillis and syphillis can cause swollen lymph nodes. (i just used syphillis as an example).
