Depends: First, i would recommend ensuring that you are taking your blood pressure properly- that is sitting down for at least 10 minutes before, both feet flat on the floor. This will ensure that your readings are all done in the same setting. Then, if it is still high, you may need increase in the medication you are on, or perhaps adding in another medication to work together with your current regimen.
