Call you doctor: HealthTap can't provide your prescriptions but all doctors have someone on-call to help. On the East coast, it's late and most pharmacies will be closed. If you're on the West coast, you can call now-otherwise wait till Monday morning and get your prescriptions refilled. A single day of uncontrolled BP is not likely to cause any lasting harm.
