If not having: Symptoms would just keep track for now & report to your physician. Sometimes medication needs adjusting.

Not Urgent: Levels in this range need to be addressed but not an emergency. Ideally average BP should be in less than 140/90 and less than 130/80 if diabetic. These levels apply to BP checked after resting quietly for 15 min. Everybody's BP will rise during exercise and then these numbers then do not apply.
