Back pain: Most patients with back pain are best treated with weight loss, core strengthening, regular exercise, regular stretching, and anti-inflammatory meds as needed. It is very unlikely that the disc bulges in your thorax are the major cause of you back pain. Please consult your pcp for further input on this complex problem.

Check 4 Trigger Pts: In my experience, trigger points leading to paraspinal muscle spasm are the leading cause of "back pain" and more involved treatment. They are easily treated with nimimally invasive injections not requiring sedation or fluoroscopy. Treatments frequently last for months.

You may need: radiofrequency ablation and even things like platelet rich plasma, prolotherapy or even stem cell therapies. Try to find a physician that does all of these to get the most options for treatment for you.
