Not a good idea: If in doubt read your contract with your Suboxone prescriber. Always remember what was the reason for Suboxone. Would suggest Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen for the knee pain.

You do realize: That the buprenorpphine in the Suboxone and subutex is a much stronger binder at the opioid receptors. So taking vicodin isn't necessarily going to be harmful, but unlikely to provide you any extra pain relief as the active opioid in Vicodin, hydrocodone, won't be able to bind to the necessary analgesia opioid receptors. You should review what to take for pain with your docs.
