Abd pain: Your history is fairly complex and difficult to address in 400 characters, but since the diagonal and back pain it is a new entity, it bears looking into. I would see your doctor or a gastroenterologist to explain the symptoms. One might consider whether you have developed some adhesions or scar tissue from the hysterectomy. Good luck.

Fibro and IBS: First make sure there is only ibs causing you abdominal and stool related pain. It can and can be helped with antispasmotics. Both fibro and ibs are due to centrl and in the case of ibs peripheral reasons in managing , producting or utilizing serotonin. Some fda drugs are available.
