I had an hysterectomy years ago, i also have irritable bowel syndrome, keep getting pains on my left side, and shooting electric pains up my vagina, also my stomach is always bloated, look like im pregnant, that how swollen my stomach is.

Bowel issues,: inflammatory or could be endometriosis, if ovaries remain, these should be checked as well.
