Dark red blood on stools typically is with hemmorhoids or an anal fissure causing the bleeding. Take Miralax daily to keep your stool soft until the stool is soft, daily and normal. If the bleeding persist, see your dotr or Gastroeterologist.

This soon post-operatively it probably represents old blood that collected in the vagina and was pushed out with your bowel movement. If you continue to see this you should let your surgeon know.
