A member asked:

I've been on the computer for a while, and i just noticed that my pinky is suddenly weak and i can't straighten it fully or move it outwards. help?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ulnar nerve.: Arm position while using the keyboard can cause compression of the ulnar nerve at the elbow. This especially affects those whose ulnar nerve tends to pop out of the groove at the elbow. The ulnar nerve supplies the pinky and ring fingers. This happens to me. Stop to take pressure off the elbows a while or use elbow pads.
