What would cause milk to come out my baby nose?

Reflux in infants: All infants will bring their stomach contents up into their mouth & sometimes their nose . This is more a wet burp than anything & reflects an issue that all babies have. As they get older & start sitting more it is not as common.

It's all connected: The mouth and nose are connected. When you choke or vomit, fluids can come up your throat into your mouth, or into your nose. Babies tend to be lying down so gravity does not keep the fluid in their mouth as it might with older children and adults. Also, babies may not have as much control of their oral muscles. It's not really unusual.
