Yes: It is common for babies to spit up with feedings and/or with a change of position. Having it come out the nose is common. As long as baby is growing normally, is urinating frequently and having regular bowel movements, is content and is not having significant color change or any difficulty breathing, not to worry. Make sure to discuss it with your pediatrician at your next checkup.
