Discuss: You will be uncomfortable without sedation. Discuss with anesthesiologist what happened last time. There are many other medications except Propofol which can make your comfortable.

See below: I think you will be uncomfortable without any sedation. Talk to the anesthesiologist. A blend/mixture of several medications carefully injected will help you tolerate the procedure and not feel hungover after.
