No: It is possible that you scratched your eye when sedated or it dried out a bit. If the pain is severe you shoul contact an opthamologist to evaluate you for a corneal abrasion.

Unusual, But...: If you received anesthesia (I.V. Sedation) during the procedure as is common, and your eyes were taped gently closed for your protection while you were sleeping (or not), a minor eye abrasion needs to be ruled out. This is very uncommon, but can occur. If so, it is easy to treat and is self-limited. Speak to your endoscopist or anesthesiologist...
