Fibroid pregnancy: If the uterine cavity shape is not affected by the fibroid your pregnancy should be unaffected. That can be determine with imaging ordered by your physician. A medication called Lupron (leuprolide) may also be given for a period of 6 months to try and srink the fibroid. Also a robotic or laproscopic surgery to remove the fibroid would be another option. The procedure is called a myomectomy.

Diet and exercise: I usually dont reccommend a patient to start a new exercise in pregnancy. If you were already a runner you may continue. If you already did spinning you may continue. But i don't advise starting something new. However, daily walks, eating the right healthy food and even adding in pregnancy yoga can make all the difference.

Aches and Pains: Ahhh the aches and pains of pregnancy. Your baby is fine. Especially if you are feeling the baby move. 22 weeks can be the most painful time of pregnancy. All the ligaments and muscles begin to stretch as the belly grows. This stretching can be quite painful. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe to take in pregnancy for the pain. But please avoid Motrin and aspirin.
