Dietitian/wt watcher: If you can't resist food, there almost no chance you're going to be able to lose weight consistently. See doc to rule out other problems. A good doctor, good dietitian, good program such as weight watchers may help. Also counseling can be beneficial. There are weight loss drugs, but only work while you're taking them. Avoid health food store stuff as it doesn't work. Surgery? Good luck.
