Get the app cronometer and enter what you eat drink and do. Then estimate how many calories you need to get to the weight you want. Then figure out where you calories are coming from and cut down. Simple in concept difficult in execution but you are in control And you can do it!

All you need is control over the quantity of food you eat and the will to lose weight. You do not need access to a gym, running/jogging will suffice along with exercise addressing other muscle groups that you can do at home. It takes belief and intent, you can do it.
