Low carbohydrates: Most people with pcos have underlying Insulin resistance as the cause. This is due to genetic factors and weight. The more weight, the more Insulin resistance. Typically the best diet is to eat fewer carbohydrates/starches. Pasta would not be good. Meats, chicken, fish, vegetables, salads, citrus fruits, cheese, with limited nuts and oils is best. Whole wheat/grain starch in limited amounts.
