Benefits of almonds?

Healthy fats: Almonds are mostly fat, but the fat is polyunsaturated, which is a healthier fat for the body. Polyunsaturated fats help lower the bad cholesterol & raise the good chol (vs saturated and trans fats, which are not healthy). Remember though, that too much of any type of fat can make you become overweight, which is not healthy, so moderation is the key!
