Cafix: Cafix is a coffee like drink, but it has no caffeine. The drink is not used for constipation, but if it works it should be safe, just about any amount. Coffee stimulates bowels with caffeine. Taking extra water for many people helps to relieve constipation. Many over the counter cathartic medications are very effective as well.
