Hi, : Hi, a healthy diet is a life long goal. You may not need to take supplemental fiber if your diet is healthy. Recommend 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water per day, 5 servings of vegetables, 4 servings of fruit, avoidng junk food, eating red meat in moderation and staying physically active.

Fiber: Either continue to take the supplement or look to ways to increase fiber in your diet. https://www.thedocstu.com/blog/wellness-consultant
