Possible.: There seems to be a weak link between the two. In one study in 2007 10% of patients with as had pathology consistent with sjogren's.

It is possible: Sjogren's or sjogren's-like symptoms can be present with several different autoimmune diseases.

Very unrelated!: From two different branches of autoimmune illnesses. Sjogren's occurs in 1/500 people, and as, to some extent in 2% of the population. So the likelyhood mathematically is 1/25, 000 people. I have four patients with both.
