More likely you have an inner ear problem such as Meniere's, endolymphatic or perilymphatic fistula, or otolithic dysfunction such as benign paroxysmal vertigo. If you did have true Sjogren's, and severe neurological issues, cyclophosphamide might be a useful medication, but Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) and MTX also?
