Hx of hashi's & sjogrens. had cortisol checked b/c i've had fatigue and it came back high. could this be due to hypothyroidism somehow still?

Cortisol: I doubt that your high cortisol is from hypothyroidism - but it is sime enough to test your thyroid with blood tests also. High cortisol can cause thyroid resistance which can mimic hypothyroidism - but the thyroid gland is not the problem.
