A member asked:

I have a negative ss-a but positive ss-b diagnosis on my ena test. i have symptoms consistent with sjogrens but wondering if it could be anything else?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See details: Usually a positive SSB by itself is not clinically significant. If you believe you have Sjogrens, see a rheumatologist.
