Clogged tear duct: That area is the duct that leads from your eye into your nose. If it is clogged, it can cause swelling andpain.

Tear duct?: This could be a tear duct obstruction. You should see an ophthalmologist and you may be referred to an oculoplastic surgeon for treatment which is usually warm compresses topical and oral antibiotics. If this doesn't work you might need tear duct surgery.
