Unlikely: The vast majority of closed head injuries are merely bumps or bruises and rarely cause any consequences. If you had lost consciousness, or lost memory that might have been more significant. A true traumatic head injury involves substantial trauma, and is associated with many cognitive losses. Sounds like you will be quite fine.
