Please clarify: Don't understand quite well but a ruptured stomach is serious and patients are usually sick. Perhaps you mean a hernia?

Diastasis recti: You have a a slight separation of mid abdominal muscles that gives the apperance of a "rupture". This usually does not need attention. If you are concerned you can always see a general surgeon.
