How would i know if my galbladder ruptured? i went to my doctor for pains in my stomach and he scheduled an ultrasound on my stomach in a couple days.

Almost never: A gallbladder almost never "ruptures." severe gallbladder problems present as very severe unrelenting upper abdominal pain, unable to eat anything, persistent vomiting, maybe fever. You would be so ill you would likely not be able to walk or get out of bed ; would need ambulance transfer to a hospital.
