Not too low: Actually, that is pretty normal (normal is considered 90-120/60-80). You can't tell much by a single reading-if you take it 10 times today you will get 10 different readings. It's generally better to have it low than high.Low BP can be a sign of low adrenal function. Adrenal-support herbs like ashwagandha, rhodiola& cordyceps may help. Hawthorne, turmeric & coq10 are good for hearts.Try more salt!
