Blood pressure readings as follows 118/64 then 99/64...107/62...108/57...103/59 all 60 sec apart. is this normal? i have 50-60bpm when laying down.

As long as: these rather "low" blood pressures are not causing symptoms (eg: dizziness ) these measurements are normal!
