Not sure: Pretty open question. Is there any associated symptoms? Discharge, itch, etc. Sometimes people have prominent vessels on the surface of their eye that make their eyes look red but is normal for them you should seek advice from someone that can examine you . I would chose a eye care professional in your area.

Not sure!: Probably just dry eyes. Try artificial tears, one drop 3-4 times daily. Also take a oral omega -3 like evoa dry eye supplements or thera tears nutrition. You may have a pinguecula or pterygium that gets inflamed by exposure to the dry eye. You should get it checked by an eye md.
