Appendicitis: Yes. A ct scan of the abdomen will confirm the appendicitis.

Yes: Not every person develops exactly the same symptoms from a disease process. Although the typical symptoms include low grade fever, slight elevation of the white blood cell count and pain in the right part of the lower abdomen, appendicitis can be present without this perfect description. If you are worried, please see a doctor.
