Urgent exam needed: While there are many causes of abdominal pain, sharp localized pain with fever is always worrisome. A medical exam is needed right away. If it is appendicitis, the sooner it can be diagnosed, the better. Delays often lead to major complications.

Evaluation: Hi, it is possible that you have Appendicitis but Ovarian cyst and its complications, Urinary tract infection, pelvic inflammatory disease, Mesenteric lymphadenitis among other causes could be the cause of ur abdominal pain, you need to go to ER now for evaluation.
