You can or...: Get good lace up athletic type shoes. You may want to consider high top style for more support. Finding shoes with thomas heels is going to be difficult. Observe how he walks as he develops. If it looks odd to you, take him to a podiatrist that is good at treating children. He may need some type of added support to the inside of the shoe. I wish you well with him.
